To,
Sri Tilak De, IPoS.
Chief Post Master General,
Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar-751001.
Sub- Unilateral orders to the Postal divisional heads of three regions not to grant leave to staff & recall of staff proceeded on leave on the pretext of proposed indefinite strike by AIRMS & MMS EU, Gr-C & AIRMS & MMSEU MG & MTS (NFPE & FNPO) from 15-10-2015.
Respected Sir,
It has come to the notice of this circle union that the divisional heads of postal divisions under three Regions were ordered not to grant any kind of leave to staff and also with the direction to recall the staff, proceeded on leave.
We are very much surprised on issue of such orders, denying leave to postal staff when RMS Circle wings gave the call for strike. We think, this is a negative stand by the CO & RO administration and we the Postal wings have taken this with serious concern.
Therefore, it is urged upon to issue instructions to Regional Heads of Berhampur & Sambalpur for roll back of such irregular order along with withdrawal of such unreasonable order in head quarter region to maintain peace & tranquillity in the entire Circle.

A LINE OF REPLY IS HIGHLY SOLICITED.
WITH REGARDS.
Yours faithfully
(R.C.Mishra)
