Sub- Irregular continuance of IP offices in the post quarter of PM Keonjhargarh HO and no vacation till date, inspite of assurances in the Bi-Monthly meeting.
Ref- The agenda item on this issue in Bi-Monthly meeting rolled for months together & this Union’s letter of even number dated 03-08-2015, dated 23-09-2015, dated 07-10-2015
Respected Sir,
It is matter of great concern that the letters as stated above have neither been acknowledged nor replied suitably which causes a concern to this union.
We have been assured in the Bi-Monthly meeting that SPOs will be asked to call for willingness of eligible officials & if willingness received, action will be taken for vacation of IP offices and for its allotment to eligible official. It is to intimate that SPOs Keonjhar has not called for willingness of eligible officials and the action for vacation of the IP Offices from the post quarter has still lying hanged till date for the reason best known to the administration.
Now, even after joining of PM Keonjhargarh, the post quarter is not still vacated though it is earmarked for PM Keonjhargarh HO.
Hence, it is once again requested for vacation IP offices functioning in the post quarter of PM Keonjhargarh at an early date for true implementation of Directorate guidelines.
